We are seeking an attorney with CRE transactional experience in the Charlotte area.  The ideal attorney will have 5 or more years with drafting, negotiating, acquisitions, and commercial leasing agreements at an AM100 or AM200 law firm.

Although some of the work involves reviewing/analyzing real estate debt and equity, the role is client facing.  With that being said, some meetings will be virtual, but you must be also be comfortable with face to face meetings when clients come in office.
