A global leader in the travel and hospitality industry is seeking a Temporary Travel Sourcing Specialist to support a high-impact contract remediation initiative. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based in Miami, FL, focused on strengthening sourcing and contract management processes within a complex, multi-brand organization.

This role will play a critical part in addressing a significant contract backlog and supporting execution efforts related to Global Ground Transportation services. The ideal candidate brings strong sourcing expertise, exceptional documentation discipline, and the ability to coordinate effectively across Legal, Finance, and Operations teams.


About the Role

The Temporary Travel Sourcing Specialist will focus on contract backlog cleanup and execution support related to Global Ground Transportation across multiple brands. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage contract lifecycle processes in a structured and compliant manner.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contract backlog remediation, including review, organization, and tracking of existing agreements

  • Support sourcing initiatives and contract execution for ground transportation services

  • Draft, review, and process Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), amendments, and extensions

  • Track contract lifecycle milestones and ensure proper documentation and compliance

  • Maintain accurate tracking and reporting using Excel and internal systems

  • Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Finance, and Operations to ensure alignment and timely execution

  • Ensure all documentation is complete, properly archived, and audit-ready


Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, and contract administration

  • Demonstrated experience managing MSAs, SOWs, amendments, and contract extensions

  • Experience tracking full contract lifecycle and supporting remediation efforts

  • Advanced Excel skills for tracking and reporting

  • Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail

  • Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments

  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion


Preferred Qualifications

  • Corporate sourcing experience within a large or multi-brand organization

  • Background in ground transportation, logistics, mobility services, or travel operations

  • Strong documentation discipline and process-oriented mindset

  • Experience supporting complex, enterprise-level contract environments
