Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Jacksonville, FL
Work Model: Onsite
Compensation: $60,000 to $65,000 base salary

Position Overview:

An established organization is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in a hands-on, onsite leadership role. This position is responsible for keeping warehouse workflows organized, accurate, safe, and productive while directly leading both temporary and permanent staff.

This is a frontline operations role for someone who can balance day-to-day execution with coaching, accountability, and team oversight. The Warehouse Supervisor will be expected to stay visible on the floor, support warehouse activity as needed, and partner across functions to resolve operational issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, shipping, and replenishment
• Lead, coach, and hold accountable a mix of temporary and permanent warehouse staff
• Assign work, monitor productivity, and keep team members on pace throughout the day
• Support a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
• Maintain inventory accuracy, documentation quality, and workflow discipline
• Step into hands-on warehouse tasks when needed to keep operations moving
• Partner with internal teams such as customer service, procurement, logistics, and operations to resolve inventory and order flow issues
• Help onboard and train team members while reinforcing performance expectations and operational standards
• Monitor warehouse transactions and operational activity within SAP and related systems
• Escalate issues appropriately and communicate clearly with leadership on workflow, staffing, and operational concerns

Required Qualifications:

• Must be based in or near Jacksonville, Florida
• Experience in a warehouse leadership role with direct responsibility for assigning work, coaching staff, and managing daily floor execution
• SAP experience is a hard requirement
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, inventory control, replenishment, and order flow
• Ability to lead in a hands-on warehouse setting with physical demands including extended standing, walking, and material handling
• Experience supporting productivity, accountability, and team performance in a fast-paced operational environment
• Clear and professional communication skills with the ability to work across departments
• Comfort working onsite in a structured warehouse leadership environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading both temporary and permanent warehouse staff
• Background in distribution, fulfillment, or other warehouse-based operations
• Experience with onboarding, training, and developing warehouse employees
• Familiarity with warehouse systems, inventory tools, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience resolving inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, and workflow bottlenecks with cross-functional partners
• Stable tenure history across warehouse or operations roles
