Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist (Contract)

Duration: 2-3 Months

Pay Rate: $30/hr

Location: Weston, MA (Mon-Thurs onsite + Fri remote)

Overview:

Seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support clearing a high-volume AP backlog.

This role focuses on processing vendor, utility, and service-related invoices while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume invoices (vendors, utilities, service providers)
• Assist in clearing AP backlog and maintaining organized records
• Perform invoice coding, matching, and data entry
• Reconcile discrepancies and follow up with vendors as needed
• Support general AP functions and month-end close activities

Requirements:

• Oracle Fusion (required)
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage volume
• Experience handling vendor and utility invoices
• Solid Excel and organizational skills
