The Supply Chain Support Coordinator plays a key role in keeping daily supply chain operations running smoothly and efficiently. This position provides hands-on administrative and operational support across logistics, inventory management, and customer service. From coordinating shipments to managing data and supporting internal teams, this role is essential in ensuring accuracy, organization, and timely service for both customers and colleagues.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support daily logistics operations while collaborating closely with the Logistics Manager
- Assist with processing customer orders and proactively tracking shipment progress
- Maintain and update product and inventory databases to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Prepare, organize, and distribute electronic data exchanges and operational reports
- Respond to customer and internal inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Support inventory processes and assist with generating purchase orders
- Provide backup support to the customer service team as needed
- Partner with internal departments to assist with logistics-related initiatives
- Contribute to special projects and take on additional responsibilities as assigned
Education & Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in business, communications, or a related field is a plus
- At least 1+ year of experience in an office setting or warehouse/shipping environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central, Power BI, or Koerber One WMS is a plus

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning internal systems/CRM platforms
