Our client is a rapidly growing telecommunications company and aggressively growing their sales team in the following Texas locations.

Floresville, Sandy Oaks, Cuero, El Campo, Lockhart, Corsicana, Pelican Bay, and Wharton.

• Looking for door to door salesperson who can do well in rural smaller towns and communities selling their broadband internet service but also a “people person” who can get involved in the local communities
• Full time role 40 hrs. per week with flexibility for the person how to structure that time.
• $41.6k annual salary + $1K sign on bonus for exceptional candidates from the industry. Attainable target of  $3,125 monthly commissions (so $80k OTE per year)  - Salary paid biweekly, commissions monthly + $400 monthly vehicle allowance + laptop (with 2 screens) + full benefits 1^st of month after start
• Min 25 connects per month – first 30 days ramp up to build pipeline
• Person can WFH when not out selling in the communities
• Potential opportunity to fast track into a sales leadership program currently being developed
• Warm leads provided
• Customer service QC for new installations
• Tech savvy – can navigate MS Office with confidence
• Must have car + valid DL, drug test (including Marihuana)  and pass BC + Federal check – MV record looks back 7 years
