Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Law Firm Administrator to oversee the operations of a prestigious, multi-office national law firm. This hybrid role requires a strategic leader with a proven track record in managing administrative functions across multiple locations nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations across all firm offices
  • Collaborate with firm leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives
  • Manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compliance
  • Supervise finance and budgeting processes in coordination with the CFO or finance team
  • Ensure operational efficiency and consistency across all offices
  • Oversee IT, facilities, and vendor management
  • Maintain compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture

Qualifications:

  • 7 or more years of experience in law firm administration, with at least 3 years managing a firm with multiple offices
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in legal practice management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field (Master's or JD preferred)
