Temporary HR Generalist
Midtown, NY (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $20–$25/hr

A growing real estate management company is seeking a Temporary HR Generalist to support its HR team during a period of rapid expansion. The company is onboarding several new properties and adding 130+ union employees, creating an immediate need for additional HR support.

Schedule:

• Monday–Thursday onsite in Manhattan
• Friday remote
• 9am–6pm

Responsibilities:

• Support onboarding and HR administration
• Prepare offer letters and maintain employee records
• Assist with full-cycle recruiting for high-volume maintenance roles
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews
• Manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• 1+ year of HR and/or office experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume setting
• Recruiting experience is a plus

Additional Details:

• Contract role with strong potential to extend
• HR team of 4 supporting 650+ employees
• Interview process: One Zoom interview with HR leadership
• Immediate start preferred
