About the Role

A leading international financial services firm is seeking a Client Service Assistant to support a fast-paced client service and operations team in Miami. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong communication skills and experience supporting high-touch client relationships within a financial services environment.

The Client Service Assistant will play a key role in administrative coordination, operational support, client communications, and account maintenance activities. The position requires someone who can multitask effectively, maintain attention to detail, and thrive in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Client & Operational Support

  • Provide administrative and operational support to Account Managers and client service teams
  • Respond to client inquiries and ensure timely follow-up on requests
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client-related issues efficiently
  • Assist with client onboarding, account maintenance, and account closing processes
  • Ensure documentation is complete and accurately maintained within internal systems
  • Support proactive outreach related to pending documentation and follow-ups
  • Assist in tracking and resolving operational incidents and pending items

Process & Administrative Support

  • Develop a working understanding of investment products and financial services
  • Assist with preparation of documentation related to investment and credit products
  • Support operational workflows tied to client transactions and service requests
  • Maintain accurate records while adhering to internal policies and compliance procedures
  • Monitor account activity reports and escalate irregularities when appropriate

Qualifications

Required

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in client service, banking, wealth management, or financial services support
  • Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (all three languages required)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent professional experience
  • Must be local to the greater Miami area and able to work onsite Monday–Friday (9am–5pm EST)

Preferred

  • Knowledge of financial analysis or investment-related products/services
