Position Summary

• We are seeking an Instructional Designer to support a strategic Skills Transformation Project focused on building organizational capability, enabling adoption of new skills processes, and supporting employees, leaders, HR, and business stakeholders through learning solutions tied to the enterprise skills strategy.
• This role will design and develop high-impact learning experiences that help target audiences understand new skills-related processes, tools, roles, and expectations.
• The ideal candidate brings experience translating complex business and process changes into clear, engaging, scalable learning solutions across multiple learner groups.
• This person will partner closely with Organizational Effectiveness, Change Management, HR, SMEs, business leaders, and project teams to create learning that drives readiness, adoption, and sustained capability.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop end-to-end learning solutions to support the Skills Project, including:

• Instructor-led training, Virtual training, eLearning modules, job aids, quick reference guides, toolkits, facilitator guides, manager guides.
• Translate skills project requirements, process changes, and system/process updates into clear, audience-specific learning content.  Use learning needs analyses to target audiences, learning objectives, and training approaches.  Partner with project team members to gather content and validate learning materials.
• Build learning paths for different audiences using multiple modes. Ensure learning materials align with adult learning principles, change impacts, and business process realities.  Create scalable learning assets that can be reused across functions, regions, and implementation phases.
• Support pilot sessions, testing, and iterative improvement of learning solutions based on user feedback. Partner with Change Management to align training with the broader adoption strategy, communications, and stakeholder readiness plan.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in instructional design, learning development, or training design in a corporate environment.
• Experience using eLearning authoring tools and learning design platforms (e.g., Articulate, Rise, Storyline, LMS platforms, video creation tools as well as good old-fashioned PowerPoint).
• Skilled in Instructional Design, Learning & Development, Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience designing learning for enterprise transformation, HR transformation, jabidigital transformation, or process change initiatives.
• Experience building learning solutions for multiple audiences with varying levels of complexity and change readiness.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, curriculum design, and learning evaluation methods.
• Proven ability to convert complex process or technical information into simple, actionable learning content.
• Project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
