Position Summary

Seeking a strategic, execution-focused Organizational Effectiveness Project Manager to lead change management efforts for a high-visibility enterprise Skills Transformation Program. This role is responsible for driving the people side of change to ensure successful adoption of new processes, tools, roles, and ways of working across the organization.

This individual will design and execute a comprehensive change strategy focused on stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, leadership engagement, communications, and user adoption. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in enterprise transformation and can translate complex initiatives into clear, actionable adoption plans for leaders, HR partners, and employees.

This role collaborates cross-functionally with Organizational Effectiveness, project leadership, HR, communications, instructional design teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and business stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the change management workstream for the Skills Transformation Program from planning through implementation and sustainment

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned to project goals, milestones, and business priorities

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to identify affected groups, risks, and support needs

  • Design and implement readiness, adoption, and reinforcement plans

  • Partner with leadership, HR, and business stakeholders to align on change objectives, sponsorship, and decision-making

  • Develop and execute targeted communication strategies for leaders, managers, HR teams, and employees

  • Equip leaders with tools, messaging, FAQs, and guidance to effectively lead change

  • Identify resistance, adoption risks, and barriers; implement mitigation and escalation strategies

  • Establish feedback loops to capture insights from employees and leadership throughout the project lifecycle

  • Monitor adoption metrics, engagement levels, and readiness indicators; adjust plans as needed

  • Support governance, reporting, and executive updates on progress, risks, and adoption outcomes

  • Drive sustainment strategies to reinforce new behaviors, processes, and accountability post-implementation


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, Communications, Psychology, Education, or related field

  • 7+ years of experience leading change management initiatives within large-scale or enterprise environments

  • Proven success executing change strategies in complex, cross-functional organizations

  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, communications planning, and adoption measurement

  • Strong facilitation, consulting, and influencing skills across all organizational levels

  • Ability to engage effectively with senior leadership, SMEs, and frontline employees

  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
