We're hiring an experienced Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager for a growing law firm in Coral Gables. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with an immediate start for the right candidate.

What You'll Do:

• Manage personal injury cases from intake through settlement

• Serve as the primary point of contact for English- and Spanish-speaking clients

• Coordinate medical treatment and follow up on patient care

• Request and organize medical records and billing

• Assist with preparing demand packages

• Maintain accurate case files and keep cases moving efficiently

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

• At least 1 year of personal injury experience as a Case Manager 

• Pre-litigation experience required

• Experience managing a high-volume caseload

• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills

Compensation:

• Up to $32/hour

• Performance Bonus Program:

  • $40 for settlements up to $10,000

  • $50 for settlements up to $25,000

  • $75 for settlements between $25,001–$100,000

  • $150 for settlements between $100,001–$200,000

  • $250 for settlements over $200,000
