Job Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Specialist to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns and customer communications for a financial services organization. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working across multiple digital platforms, and able to manage several marketing initiatives at once.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Create and update website content, landing pages, and digital communications
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters
• Manage and update content using WordPress or similar CMS platforms
• Support social media and educational content initiatives
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement, and marketing analytics
• Assist with customer/member communications, alerts, promotions, and other marketing materials
• Coordinate campaign timelines, assets, and deliverables
• Support webinars, events, community outreach, and special marketing projects
• Monitor online reviews, surveys, and customer feedback
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to execute marketing initiatives
• Ensure communications are accurate, timely, and consistent with brand standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in marketing, digital marketing, or campaign execution
• Banking, credit union, or financial services experience strongly preferred
• Experience with WordPress or another content management system
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar web analytics tools
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
