Bookkeeper (BOOKBP)

We’re working with a growing property management company looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone who knows property accounting, enjoys owning the day-to-day numbers, and can communicate comfortably with both English- and Spanish-speaking tenants, vendors, and team members.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple properties/entities
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Process invoices, payments, deposits, and vendor bills
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Track rent payments, tenant balances, and outstanding receivables
  • Assist with collections and tenant account questions
  • Maintain accurate property-level financial records
  • Prepare basic financial and management reports
  • Communicate with tenants, vendors, property managers, and ownership
  • Assist with month-end accounting and general bookkeeping needs

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous bookkeeping/accounting experience within property management or real estate
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Strong AP, AR, reconciliation, and general bookkeeping experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks, Yardi, AppFolio, Buildium, or similar property management/accounting software preferred
  • Comfortable working with multiple properties or entities
  • Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
