Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

My client is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their growing plaintiff-side practice in Nashville, Tennessee. This attorney will primarily handle motor vehicle liability and automobile accident cases in litigation, with a focus on case management, client representation, depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury litigation cases from filing through resolution, including trial preparation and trial.
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, memoranda, demands, and other litigation documents.
• Guide plaintiff clients through the litigation process and provide consistent communication and case updates.
• Work with expert witnesses, including coordinating conferences and assisting with expert reports and affidavits.
• Prepare for and attend depositions, mediations, hearings, court appearances, and trials.
• Manage a high-volume litigation caseload while maintaining strong attention to detail and client service.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member in good standing with the Nashville Tennessee Bar.
• Ideally 3+ years of experience in Personal Injury, Auto Liability, or Motor Vehicle Accident litigation.
• Strong ability to independently manage a high-volume litigation caseload.
• Excellent written, verbal, client service, and communication skills.
• Strong legal writing, negotiation, and oral advocacy abilities.
• Self-motivated, driven, and interested in building a long-term career in plaintiff-side litigation
