Wire Processing Specialist / Wire Investigations

We are seeking experienced Wire Processing Specialists for two urgent openings with a financial institution in the Miami/Doral area. These positions require direct, hands-on experience with wire processing and wire investigations within a banking environment.

Openings

  • 2 positions available

  • Pay: $30–$33/hour

  • 1 Temp-to-Hire position

  • 1 Six-Month Temporary assignment

  • Location: Miami/Doral, FL

  • Immediate start

Responsibilities

  • Process domestic and international wire transfers accurately and within required deadlines

  • Handle wire investigations, discrepancies, inquiries, amendments, and payment issues

  • Process and review transactions through Fedwire and SWIFT

  • Research rejected, returned, delayed, or incorrectly processed wires

  • Perform GL reconciliations related to wire activity

  • Review wire instructions and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness

  • Communicate with internal departments and financial institutions to resolve wire-related issues

  • Ensure transactions comply with applicable banking policies and regulatory requirements

  • Follow established controls related to BSA/AML, OFAC, FATCA, Travel Rule, and other banking regulations

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for wire transactions and investigations

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in a bank wire transfer department

  • Hands-on wire processing AND wire investigations experience required

  • Experience with Fedwire and/or SWIFT

  • Bilingual English/Spanish

  • Knowledge of domestic and international wire transfer processes

  • Understanding of BSA/AML, OFAC, FATCA, Travel Rule, and related banking regulations

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work effectively with high-volume, time-sensitive financial transactions

  • Strong research, problem-solving, and communication skills

Highly Preferred

  • FedLink experience

  • Experience handling both domestic and international wire investigations

Candidates with general banking experience but without direct wire processing and investigation experience will not be considered.
