Bilingual Personal Injury Case Manager (Coral Gables, FL)
Pay: Up to $33/hour + per-case bonus
Type: Contract
Schedule: Onsite

Requirements:

• Bilingual English/Spanish ( Required ) 
• 1+ year of personal injury experience as a case manager or insurance adjuster
• Pre-litigation case experience ( Required )
• High-volume case management experience
• Strong organization and communication skills

Main focus: You'll manage a high volume of personal injury cases from intake to resolution and serve as the main point of contact for clients in both English and Spanish. You'll coordinate medical treatment, track clients' care, and gather and organize medical records and bills. You'll also help prepare demand packages and keep files updated so cases keep moving toward settlement.

Bonus (per settled case):

• $40 for settlements up to $10,000
• $50 for settlements up to $25,000
• $75 for settlements of $25,001 to $100,000
• $150 for settlements of $100,001 to $200,000
• $250 for settlements over $200,000

• Milestone Bonus of 40 hours for every 2000 hours.
