Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst - FP&A
Location: Miami, Florida
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. The ideal candidate will provide insightful financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support to drive business performance and support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans. Provide detailed variance analysis and identify key drivers of financial performance.

Reporting: Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to senior management, highlighting trends, insights, and actionable recommendations.

Business Partnering: Collaborate with various departments to understand business needs, provide financial insights, and support strategic initiatives.

Modeling: Build and maintain financial models to analyze scenarios, assess risk, and support business cases for new projects or investments.

Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess organizational performance and drive continuous improvement.

Ad Hoc Analysis: Conduct detailed ad hoc analyses as requested by management to support decision-making processes.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies, as well as adherence to relevant financial regulations.

Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analysts, fostering their professional development and ensuring high-quality outputs.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CPA) preferred.

5+ years of experience in financial analysis, with a strong focus on FP&A in a corporate environment.

Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting techniques.

Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software (e.g., ERP systems, BI tools).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
