What You’ll Do

• Full Desk Recruiting and Business Development: Source, screen, and place top talent while developing relationships with existing hiring managers and signing new client contracts.
• Market Analysis: Identify trends and build your candidate pipeline.

What You Need

• Strong Communication & People Skills
• Ability to Multi-Task & Work with Urgency
• 1+ Year Experience Preferred (BS/BA a Plus)
