Accounting Coordinator – Accounts Payable

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Coordinator (AP) to join our Accounts Payable team in Tampa. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our financial operations running smoothly by ensuring invoices are processed accurately, vendors are paid on time, and records are kept up to date. What You’ll Do:

• Process a high volume of vendor invoices quickly and accurately while meeting daily goals.
• Batch, scan, and upload invoices into the ERP system for assigned departments.
• Review and match invoices with packing slips and purchase orders (three-way match).
• Accurately code and process non-PO invoices.
• Reconcile vendor statements monthly, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Maintain organized, accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• ERP system experience and strong Microsoft Excel skills preferred.
• Ability to manage high-volume tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a collaborative mindset.
