The Purpose of Your Role

You will partner with clients to ensure their enrollment needs are being serviced within timelines and with a high level of quality.  Your natural ability to build and strengthen relationships, coupled with your high level of technical and industry knowledge will allow you to solidify business partnerships and help expand our client base by providing best-in-class customer service experiences.  This is a key role that will have high visibility in our growing firm.

Day-to-Day

  • Analyzing data to help provide clients with key information to make decisions
  • Act as liaison between technology vendor, clients, and company
  • Perform root-cause analysis and issue resolution for the ongoing operation and maintenance of technology solutions. 
  • Fill multiple roles simultaneously to meet deadlines, ensure quality, and augment teams when necessary.
  • Will work beyond standard business hours to ensure that initiatives and deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and with quality.

Skills

  • Ability to stay poised and calm in difficult situations.  The fourth quarter can be hectic in the health insurance industry and the issues can range from something as simple as checking to ensure that an email has been sent to helping to build an entire workflow in an enrollment platform.  In either case your mission remains the same: help our client feel more confident, make informed decisions, and solve the issue quickly and with high quality.
  • You are extremely open to both giving and receiving feedback.  Our organization thrives on new ideas, creative solutions, and continuously examining the strengths and weaknesses of existing people and processes. 
  • You have an unwavering commitment to your customers that is not bound by standard business hours.  Are you willing to professionally respond to an email from a client after hours?  If so, this role could be for you.

  • Experience with bSwift, Selerix, Employee Navigator, PlanSource, or other enrollment platforms
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, including a strong knowledge of VLOOKUP's and pivot tables
