Job Description:

Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 2 or more years of experience in transactional real estate matters to join its dynamic team in Orlando. The ideal candidate will play a key role in representing developers and homebuilders in the acquisition, development, and disposition of real property.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, and disposition of commercial properties.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and other commercial contracts.
  • Conduct thorough title and survey reviews to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Assist in the due diligence process, including the analysis of zoning and land use issues.
  • Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to facilitate successful transactions.
  • Provide legal advice on real estate matters, including regulatory compliance and land use regulations.
  • Stay updated on relevant real estate laws and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Member in good standing with The Florida Bar.
  • 2+ years of experience in transactional real estate law.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with commercial contract administration is a plus.
