Job Description 

Job Summary:

We are seeking two detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialists to join our team immediately. The ideal candidates will possess strong Excel skills, experience in accounts receivable collection, and proficiency in cash applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Contact: Reach out to customers regarding account and payment status to ensure timely collections.
• Account Management: Maintain detailed and accurate account information, ensuring all customer accounts are properly notated.
• Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
• Documentation: Thoroughly maintain files and documentation related to accounts receivable activities.
• Payment Processing: Accurately apply payments and investigate any accounting discrepancies.
• Troubleshooting: Address and resolve issues related to open payments and payment applications.
• Account Corrections: Process billing corrections and maintain accurate information for both dealer and retail customer accounts.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in accounts receivable and collections.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
