We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Attorney or Partner for our law firm client. The successful candidate will have 5 or more years of experience in estate planning, estate and gift taxation, estate and trust administration, and providing related services to individuals, charitable organizations, foundations, and corporate fiduciaries such as banks and trust companies. The position offers the opportunity to work closely with a Partner who is Florida Bar Board Certified in Wills, Trusts, and Estates. International estate planning experience is a plus, and an LL.M. in Tax or Estate Planning is preferred but not required. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a growing practice while continuing to build your expertise in private client services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive estate planning services to high-net-worth individuals, families, and corporate fiduciaries, including charitable organizations and foundations.
  • Advise clients on complex estate and gift taxation, estate and trust administration, and asset protection strategies.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys to manage and implement sophisticated estate planning strategies for individuals and corporate clients.
  • Assist with the administration of trusts and estates, including probate matters, tax filings, and related legal tasks.
  • Collaborate with other practice groups and professionals, including financial advisors, accountants, and other legal specialists, to deliver holistic client solutions.
  • Stay informed on the latest developments in estate planning, trust law, and taxation.

Qualifications:

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience in estate planning, estate and gift taxation, and estate and trust administration.
  • International estate planning experience is a plus.
  • LL.M. in Tax or Estate Planning is preferred but not required.
  • Must be a member of the Florida Bar or willing to become a member.
  • Strong experience working with high-net-worth individuals and corporate fiduciaries.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and provide client-focused solutions.
  • Collaborative team player with strong leadership capabilities.
