Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated attorney who is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and has a strong background in subrogation, products liability, general negligence, negotiation, and plaintiff personal injury law. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of cases, representing plaintiffs, negotiating settlements, and providing legal counsel to clients.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload involving subrogation, products liability, general negligence, and personal injury claims for plaintiffs.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Develop case strategies, conduct client interviews, and advise clients on legal matters.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, working to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Florida law and legal trends relevant to the practice areas.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure effective communication throughout the legal process.

Qualifications:

• Member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
• 3+ years of experience in subrogation, products liability, general negligence, and plaintiff personal injury law.
• Strong negotiation, litigation, and legal research skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload and manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Client-focused with a commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes.
