Our client is seeking to add an experienced and motivated attorney who is an experienced litigator who enjoys working on cases dealing with subrogation, products liability, general negligence, or personal injury.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of cases, representing plaintiffs, negotiating settlements, and providing legal counsel to clients.

Responsibilities
- Handle a caseload involving subrogation, products liability, general negligence, and personal injury claims for plaintiffs.
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Develop case strategies, conduct client interviews, and advise clients on legal matters.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, working to achieve favorable outcomes.
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
- Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to ensure efficient case management and client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Florida law and legal trends relevant to the practice areas.
- Provide exceptional and effective communication throughout the legal process.
Qualifications
- Member in good standing of the Florida Bar.
- 3+ years of experience in subrogation, products liability, general negligence, and/or plaintiff personal injury law.
- Strong negotiation, litigation, and legal research skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle a high-volume caseload and manage competing priorities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
