Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and adjustments.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
- Monitor inventory movements and ensure proper documentation of incoming and outgoing materials.
- Collaborate with purchasing and warehouse teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Generate inventory reports and analyze data to identify trends and potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures and company policies.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance inventory accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate inventory management software and maintain electronic records of inventory activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Inventory Control Clerk or similar role.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, etc.).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Effective communication skills to interact with internal departments.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in logistics or supply chain management are a plus.
