Job Description: Accounts Receivable Specialist In Greenwood Village, Colorado
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a professional demeanor, exceptional attention to detail, and strong communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Precision Audit: Conduct thorough audits of invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Client and Corporate Interaction: Respond promptly to client and corporate inquiries, demonstrating a proactive attitude.
- Payment Processing: Efficiently manage credit card payments and credits, showcasing financial transaction expertise.
- Account Management: Adjust client accounts as necessary and resolve payment discrepancies effectively.
- Collections Management: Ensure timely and accurate payment applications with persistence and attention to detail.
- Statement Creation: Generate clear and comprehensive client statements.
- Billing Proficiency: Execute invoice billing accurately and efficiently.
- Liaison Role: Foster effective communication between corporate and field operations.
- Versatility: Perform additional duties as assigned to contribute to overall team success.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience and/or training.
- Demonstrated accuracy and thoroughness in work, with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel preferred.
- Ability to manage challenging client situations with outstanding customer service skills.
- Strong analytical skills to gather and interpret information effectively.
- Ability to meet productivity standards and complete work timely.
- Adaptable to changes in the work environment, managing competing demands and unexpected events.
- Consistent attendance and punctuality, with the ability to follow instructions and respond to management direction.
- AR Certification or an Associate's Degree is a plus.
- Prior experience in the hospitality sector is a plus.
