Overview: We are seeking a motivated and proactive Lead Engagement Specialist to join our client’s team, a leading Franchise Consulting Company.  at As a crucial member of their sales and marketing department, you will be responsible for generating leads through outbound calls to potential franchisees. Your goal will be to identify qualified leads interested in franchise opportunities, nurture relationships, and schedule appointments for our consulting team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Place outbound calls to potential leads from provided lists, databases, and referrals.
• Engage with prospects to understand their interest in franchise opportunities and qualify them based on predetermined criteria.
• Provide detailed information about our franchise consulting services, benefits of franchise ownership, and specific franchise opportunities available.
• Schedule appointments for qualified leads to speak with our franchise consultants.
• Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions and leads in the CRM system.
• Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales funnel.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and consulting teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outbound calling, telemarketing, or sales roles preferred
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging demeanor.
• Ability to empathize with prospects and understand their needs and motivations.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage CRM records effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changes in processes or objectives.
• Collaborative attitude with a willingness to work closely with team members towards common goals.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.
