Job Title: Trial Attorney

Location: North Florida (with travel to Jacksonville for trials)

Job Description:

Our Client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trial Attorney to join their team in North Florida. The ideal candidate will have extensive first-chair trial experience and a strong background in general liability and automobile insurance defense.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court and manage all aspects of trial preparation and execution.
• Handle cases related to general liability and automobile insurance defense.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and develop case strategies.
• Prepare and present persuasive arguments in court.
• Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Travel to Jacksonville as needed for trials and court appearances.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Florida.
• Minimum of 10 trials as first-chair.
• Proven expertise in general liability and automobile insurance defense.
• Ability to handle complex cases and manage multiple priorities.

• Proven track record of successful case outcomes.
