The Field Sales Account Executive is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive company growth. This role involves building and maintaining relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that align with the company's offerings. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-oriented, and able to navigate complex sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Opportunities: Research and identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients within the industry.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and build a robust pipeline of prospects.
  • Client Acquisition: Reach out to potential clients through various channels, including networking events, cold calls, emails, and social media.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, including pricing, project scopes, and contract terms, to potential clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team and management to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market conditions, competitor activities, and industry trends to inform business development strategies.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and business development metrics to management.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve service offerings and address client concerns.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure favorable terms for the company.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to align business development efforts with overall company goals.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. 
  • Skills:
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
