Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to our diverse customer base. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages. As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will handle inbound calls and inquiries, resolve customer issues, and provide product information and support. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in both English and Spanish.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional service.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
