We're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Associate to join our dynamic team! In this role, you'll be responsible for upholding our rigorous quality standards in both our logistics and manufacturing operations. You'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet all specifications and arrive at their destination in pristine condition.

Responsibilities:

• Logistics: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying accuracy, completeness, and damage-free condition.
• Manufacturing: Perform quality checks throughout the production process, identifying and addressing any defects.
• Data Analysis: Analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of all quality control activities and inspections.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant quality standards and industry regulations (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Collaboration: Work closely with logistics and manufacturing personnel to maintain seamless quality control procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a quality control role in logistics or manufacturing (preferred).
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for discrepancies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite .
