Requirements:

• Must be admitted to practice law in Georgia
• Five or more years experience as an attorney specializing in homeowner claims against insurance companies or personal injury
• Responsible for drafting pleadings, complaints, motions to dismiss, and motions for summary judgment
• Appears at mediation, settlement conferences
• Takes and defends depositions
• Trial experience preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
