Responsibilities:

• Assist senior accountants with recording and processing financial transactions.
• Prepare and post journal entries.
• Update accounts receivable and payable ledgers.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and ensure financial records are accurate.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports (as needed).
• Participate in month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records.
• Stay organized and meet deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Ability to learn new accounting concepts and software programs quickly.
• Strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
