We are seeking a commercial litigation attorney to join a growing boutique law firm.  If you want to work with a team of attorneys who have practiced together and foster a positive working environment, you should definitely apply!

Responsibilities:

• Practice commercial litigation
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft and argue dispositive motions
• Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
• Perform legal research and provide analysis of case law
• Prepare pleadings and correspondence
• Communicate with clients, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel
• Provide exemplary legal counsel to clients

   

Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar
• Must have 2 or more years of litigation experience, preferably in commercial litigation
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
