Our client is a boutique law firm looking for a commercial real estate attorney.  The firm provides legal services throughout Florida. The firm is growing and needs an additional Commercial Real Estate Attorney to work on commercial real estate closings, title insurance, and litigation.

Role Description

We are looking for another full-time Boca Raton Area Attorney to join our team for the Boca Raton office. The Commercial Real Estate Attorney's main role will be to represent clients in real estate closings, title insurance, and dispute resolution including mediation, arbitration, and trials. Please note that this is an on-site position.

Qualifications

  • Must have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be a member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
  • Minimum 5 years of commercial real estate experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a professional and positive demeanor
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment and handle a high volume of work and time pressures
  • Must be a collaborative team player who is willing to pitch in and assist other team members as needed
  • Commitment to providing excellent client service with high attention to detail

Compensation

  • The posted compensation is for attorneys without any book of business. The final base salary will be determined based on each candidate's education and experience.
  • Compensation for attorneys with relevant experience or a book of business will be competitive and discussed during the interview process.
