Our client is seeking an Operations Analyst who has at least 3 years of current experience with Digital Online Banking, ACHs and Credit Cards.

Salary: Starts at 60K

Responsibilities

-             Process and/or approve daily wire transfers transactions (Outgoing / Incoming / Internal) via FEDWIRE and/or SWIFT ALLIANCE, using the systems established

-             Verify customer instructions for security procedures such as: call backs and signature verifications

-             ACH Batch Processing

-             OFAC verification 1st line review/approval when necessary

-             Check 21 & Teller Services

-             Prepare statistical reports and provide analytical functions as required

-             Credit Card processing including fraud alert and error handling

-             Digital Banking processing and customer support

-             Bill Payment

-             Collaborate with duties or follow-ups of incidents or errors related to wire transfer payments investigations according with the established procedures

-             Client Documentation

-             Covering positions during employee absences

-             Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned by managers according to Department needs

Requirements

-             3 or more years' experience within the Operations department

-             Knowledge of FedLine and Swift processing

-             Associate Degree or relevant experience & High School Diploma
