Job Title: Payroll Administrator

Schedule: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Pay: $20-21
- This role will require training onsite at the Town & Country location for 4-8 weeks before transitioning to hybrid work.
Position Summary:
The Payroll Administrator, reporting to the Sr. Payroll Administrator, is responsible for managing and processing employee time records and responding to related inquiries. This role involves ensuring the accuracy and integrity of payroll data, adhering to organizational and compliance standards, and supporting wage and employment verification processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and process employee time records efficiently and accurately.
- Review and respond to wage and employment verification requests.
- Validate data using KRONOS reports before interfacing with the payroll system.
- Enter pay and employee demographic information into the payroll system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, payroll tax regulations, and fringe benefit processing.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma, certificate of completion, or GED, with relevant training or experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll administration or related roles.
- General knowledge of payroll functions, including payroll tax and fringe benefits.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy levels in data management.
- Experience with payroll systems such as KRONOS is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with employees and resolving inquiries.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines.
