Accountant – Onsite | Hialeah, FL

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Hialeah, FL. This full-time, onsite role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, prepare, review, and reconcile financial statements and reports.
• Analyze and mitigate compliance risks and errors.
• Interpret directives, policies, and regulatory requirements to provide recommendations on accounting matters.
• Develop and maintain cost accounting structures and financial systems.
• Support financial tool and process enhancements.
• Assist in the team’s SAP transition (SAP experience preferred but not required).
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications:

• Experience in accounting, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret financial statements and reports.
• SAP experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Onsite – Hialeah, FL 33018.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (Full-Time, flexible 1-hour break).
