Job Title: Customer Service Support (3-Month Contract)

Compensation: $18-20/hour based off experience
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and professional Customer Service Support team member for a temporary, 3-month assignment. This role will support daily operations by assisting customers, coordinating service requests, and working closely with internal departments to ensure timely responses and high satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first point of contact for incoming calls, emails, and customer inquiries

  • Schedule and confirm service appointments

  • Enter and update customer and service request information into internal systems

  • Coordinate with field technicians and dispatch as needed

  • Follow up with customers to confirm service satisfaction or gather additional information

  • Assist with general administrative support such as filing, scanning, and data entry

  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor with customers and team members


Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • At least 1 year of customer service or administrative experience

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable using basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

  • Experience in the construction or electrical industry is a plus but not required
