Lighting Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a Lighting Project Manager to join our showroom team in North Miami. This is a role focuses on supporting commercial lighting projects through detailed coordination, blueprint analysis, and internal team/vendor collaboration.

Review and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine lighting specifications

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate execution of commercial lighting projects

Prepare quotes, generate purchase orders, and track product deliveries

Maintain organized project documentation and ensure all specs and details are properly recorded

Use Excel and order management systems to monitor project status and manage workflows

Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to resolve issues and meet deadlines
Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in project coordination, commercial construction, or lighting industry preferred

Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents

Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and data entry systems

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
