Lighting Project Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a Lighting Project Manager to join our showroom team in North Miami. This is a role focuses on supporting commercial lighting projects through detailed coordination, blueprint analysis, and internal team/vendor collaboration.

• Review and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine lighting specifications

• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate execution of commercial lighting projects

• Prepare quotes, generate purchase orders, and track product deliveries

• Maintain organized project documentation and ensure all specs and details are properly recorded

• Use Excel and order management systems to monitor project status and manage workflows

• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders to resolve issues and meet deadlines

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in project coordination, commercial construction, or lighting industry preferred

• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documents

• Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel and data entry systems

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
