Ascendo Resources is actively seeking an experienced litigation paralegal for a national law firm clients Mobile, AL office.

This is a full-time/fully onsite role working with a collaborative group of professionals.

This paralegal candidate will support the firms Torts/Insurance practice group.

Applicants must have the following experience for consideration:

• BA Degree/Paralegal Certificate
• 3+ years of working experience as a litigation paralegal (preferably with torts/insurance law)
• Solid understanding of legal terms and processes
• Experience preparing, drafting, and editing various legal documents
• Efiling experience in state and federal courts
• eDiscovery experience
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
