Ascendo Resources is seeking a Spanish-speaking Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join our client’s growing legal team in Miami, Florida. This is a wonderful opportunity for attorneys to use thier experience in finance/and/or banking in an in-house work environment. 

This position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days remote / 2 days onsite) and a competitive compensation package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support regulatory, compliance, and transactional matters for financial institutions and service providers

• Draft and review contracts, internal policies, and legal correspondence

• Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel to internal teams

Qualifications:

• Active and in-good-standing member of the Florida Bar

• 2–5 years of legal experience (preference for financial services or banking law)

• Professional fluency in Spanish (verbal and written)

• Excellent communication, legal writing, and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment
