Trade Control Specialist (Import/Export Administration)
Pay Range: $25–$27/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Duration: 8 months (with potential for extension)
Work Type: Onsite
Start Date: May 19, 2025
Citizenship Requirement: U.S. citizen or green card holder (due to export compliance)
Travel: None
Security Clearance: Not required
Interview Process: One 30-minute interview (virtual or onsite)

Position Overview

We are seeking two Trade Control Specialists to support import/export compliance operations. This role involves working closely with internal teams to ensure adherence to trade regulations and maintaining accurate compliance documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Research and organize trade regulations and compliance requirements
• Analyze how trade laws impact internal processes and workflows
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure regulatory compliance
• Assist in drafting and updating procedures, forms, and documentation
• Maintain detailed records of compliance activities
• Support internal audits and respond to trade-related inquiries

Qualifications

• Familiarity with import/export processes or a strong willingness to learn
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work full-time onsite
