Compensation: $85,000–$95,000 base + 10% bonus
Benefits: Fully paid health insurance for employee, 29 total days off (PTO, public, and floating holidays)
Work Arrangement: In-office, with occasional work-from-home flexibility every few weeks
Commute Requirement: Must live within 30 minutes of the office


Position Overview

A newly appointed, easygoing CEO is seeking a reliable and experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support in a calm, professional, and drama-free environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a steady, mid-career EA who values consistency, autonomy, and a respectful workplace culture.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the CEO
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other executive communications
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Occasionally support the Chief Customer Experience Officer as needed
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations without micromanagement

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting senior executives at large organizations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Professional presentation and demeanor
  • Comfortable in a low-pressure, high-trust environment
  • Not seeking rapid advancement—ideal for someone who enjoys stability and consistency
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred

Interview Process

  1. Initial virtual interview with VP of HR
  2. Second interview with Chief of Staff
  3. Final onsite interviews scheduled for July 17–18
