Accounts Receivable Analyst
Location: West Springfield, MA 01089 (On-site)
Pay Rate: $20–$21/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (40 hours/week)

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our team. If you enjoy problem-solving, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong customer service skills, this role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact while supporting growth initiatives.
About the Role
The Accounts Receivable Analyst will support credit and collections efforts, ensuring compliance with company policies while providing excellent customer service. You’ll work closely with sales, distribution, and accounting teams to resolve accounts, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities

Perform high-volume collections and maintain accurate accounts receivable records

Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email regarding invoices, payments, and credit holds

Administer standalone payment plans as necessary

Process daily credit card payments, returns, chargebacks, and customer claims

Provide requested invoice copies and statements to customers

Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to resolve issues and maintain compliance

Follow all company credit and collections policies and procedures
Qualifications

1+ years of accounts receivable, collections, or credit experience preferred

Strong customer service and professional communication skills

Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through on commitments

Comfortable working in an office environment and learning new systems
