Trial Attorney - Property & Casualty Litigation

We're seeking a highly experienced and driven Trial Attorney licensed in Georgia to join a dynamic plaintiff-focused litigation team. This role is ideal for a legal professional who thrives in the courtroom, enjoys the strategic rigor of depositions and discovery, and is passionate about securing justice for clients in property and casualty cases.

What You'll Do

As a Trial Attorney, you'll lead complex litigation matters from intake through resolution. You'll manage a team of legal professionals, set clear expectations for clients, and ensure every case is handled with precision, empathy, and tenacity. Your deep experience and leadership will be instrumental in driving successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent plaintiffs in property and casualty litigation matters

     

  • Conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials

     

  • Review and analyze discovery, pleadings, and case strategy

     

  • Lead case development and litigation planning

     

  • Manage junior attorneys and support staff; provide mentorship and oversight

     

  • Communicate effectively with clients, setting expectations and guiding them through the legal process

     

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective case progression

     

  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and advocacy

     

Requirements

  • Active license to practice law in Georgia

     

  • Minimum 10 years of litigation experience, with a focus on property and casualty cases

     

  • Proven success in trial advocacy and case resolution

     

  • Strong deposition and discovery review skills

     

  • Excellent client communication and relationship management

     

  • Leadership experience with ability to manage and motivate a legal team

     

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset

     

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and courtroom presence
