Compensation:
$50,000 base salary + uncapped commission (First-year OTE: $75,000–$80,000)

About the Opportunity:

A nationally recognized insurance and financial services organization with over 40 years of success is expanding its remote sales team. The company specializes in designing customized insurance and employee benefit plans for individuals, employers, and professional associations nationwide.

We are seeking driven, licensed sales professionals who excel in consultative selling and want to build long-term client relationships while growing their income potential. Openings are available in both the small group and large group markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage new business through inbound leads, marketing campaigns, and proactive outreach.
  • Deliver effective sales presentations virtually and in person when required.
  • Advise clients on plan options, tailoring coverage recommendations to meet diverse individual and group needs.
  • Review and cross-sell existing policies to identify opportunities for additional coverage.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client and policy records.
  • Representing the organization at industry meetings and conventions (quarterly travel required).
  • Consistently achieve or exceed sales, retention, and quality performance metrics.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Florida, 2-40, 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuities License or equivalent if out of state.
  • Proven experience in sales and client relationship management.
  • Demonstrated ability to quote and compare multiple insurance lines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel quarterly for meetings and conventions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior insurance or employee benefits sales experience.
  • Active Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty License.
