1. Flex Customer Service Representative (Seasonal)
Duration: 3–4 months, full-time
Schedule: Must be available for 2 evening shifts and 1 weekend day per week
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Overview:
We are seeking dependable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Flex Customer Service Representatives. This seasonal role supports customers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience across all interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Accurately process orders, returns, and account updates.
- Resolve inquiries with empathy and efficiency, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Navigate multiple systems using dual monitors while maintaining attention to detail.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address escalated issues or special requests.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service or retail experience (call center or in-person).
- Availability for evenings and weekends as scheduled.
- Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Must complete 3–4 weeks of in-person training.
- Full-time onsite availability required.
2. Overnight Customer Service Representative (Seasonal)
Duration: 3–4 months, full-time
Schedule: Shifts between 9 PM – 8 AM
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Overview:
The Overnight Customer Service Representative supports customers during off-hours, ensuring inquiries are handled promptly and accurately. This role requires professionalism, reliability, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service during overnight hours.
- Handle incoming requests, order tracking, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in internal systems.
- Collaborate with day teams for follow-up and case resolution.

Requirements:

The Sales Administrator will support the sales and customer service teams by managing order processing, maintaining records, and ensuring seamless coordination between departments. This role requires excellent organizational skills and accuracy when handling high-value transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders and maintain accurate account documentation.
- Coordinate with customer service and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment.

Requirements:
